• The deadbolt is operated by a 5mm spindle and the bolt deploys with a quarter turn

Double sprung or Architectural quality basically means heavy duty. You would select this standard of lock or latch for doors that are in constant use or even subject to abuse. Perhaps in a commercial type environment
