Rutland TS.7104 Floor Spring is a slimline floor spring ideal for locations such as hospitals and care homes where ease of opening is essential. It comes as adjustable power size EN1-4 and is enhanced with powerful, user friendly cam and roller action mechanisms. Successfully third party tested to BS EN1154 & CE marked to power size 1-4.

The Rutland TS.7104HO.DAX.SS is a premium hold open floor spring designed for smooth, reliable door control with the added convenience of a hold-open feature. Finished with a stylish satin stainless steel cover plate, this floor spring offers durability, safety, and aesthetic appeal for high-traffic commercial, retail, and public buildings.

Powerful EN Size 4 Performance

This floor spring is rated EN Size 4, capable of controlling doors up to 110kg and 1100mm wide. It delivers consistent, controlled door closing and holds the door securely open when needed, ideal for busy entrances and access points.
