Strong Performance for Medium to Heavy Doors

Fire Safety Compliant Non Hold Open Feature

The non hold open mechanism guarantees that the door closes automatically every time—essential for fire door regulations (FD30/FD60). This ensures critical compartmentalisation and safety during emergencies.

Back Check Function for Door Protection

Equipped with an integrated back check, this floor spring protects doors and surrounding structures by slowing the door’s opening speed, reducing damage caused by forceful or wind-assisted openings.

Stylish & Robust Satin Stainless Steel Finish

The included satin stainless steel cover plate not only adds an elegant finish but also offers excellent corrosion resistance for lasting performance, ideal for both interior and sheltered external doorways.
