Our 30 Day No Quibble Guarantee – Your Peace of Mind

 

At Web Ironmongery Ltd we want you to be happy with your order and our 30 day no quibble guarantee means just that. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with the items you have purchased or you simply don’t need them anymore, just return them to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days and we’ll either replace them or issue a full refund.

Please note that goods will be refunded only on the condition that they have not been used, fitted and are undamaged in the original packaging with all the fixings.

How do I return my items?

Please send us an email with the following details:

  1. Item No
  2. Item Description
  3. Quantity
  4. Reason for Return (The above information can be found from the order invoice).

We will then email you a Returns Label with instructions for returning the goods.

How do I return heavy or large items?

What do I need to do when I receive my order?

You are under a duty whenever possible to inspect the goods on delivery or on collection as the case may be for accuracy. Shortages and damages should be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of the order being supplied incomplete or goods arriving damaged in transit, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

When can I not return an item?

We are unable to accept the return of any non-stock or special ordered products.

How will I be refunded?

We will refund by the same method of payment used to purchase the Goods. We where appropriate will issue a Credit Note against returned goods which usually takes up to 7 working days after the receipt of goods.
