How can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account or calling our sales team on 01254 433883
What shall I do if my goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect?
If the goods in your order are damaged, faulty or incorrect, please let us know within 30 days of the receipt of the order and we will replace your product(s) free of charge or give you a full refund. Please make sure that the goods are in their original packing.
What shall I do if one or more items are missing from my order?
If you do not receive all the items in your order, it may be that the missing item was out of stock in which case it will be sent over to you as soon as we receive it. However, in rare circumstances, if we have made a mistake and not included something in your order, please let us know as soon as you receive your order and we will do our best to send the missing item as soon as possible.
What shall I do if I miss the delivery?
If our carriers are unable to deliver your order in the first attempt, they will leave a card with a contact number to collect your goods or in some cases to arrange delivery for the second time. Please remember that if a parcel is not delivered or collected within 5 days then it will be sent back to us.
Can you deliver the parcel to a delivery address other than my billing address?
Yes. You can choose an alternative delivery to your billing address while placing your order. We will email the invoice to your specified email address and despatch the goods with an un-priced Delivery Note.
